After our initial consultation call I aim to get your training programme and nutrition strategy over to you inside 3 working days

Yep! I only open my client spaces to a limited number of people every 3 months. This is so that I can create a completely tailored approach for every single one of my clients. Absolutely NOTHING is cookie-cutter inside the programme.

That’s absolutely fine! No programme is perfect from day 1, tweaks and adjustments are a normal part of the coaching process so don’t be afraid to ask

Of course, challenges will crop up that require my support so I will endeavour to get back to you via the app asap inside my office hours (8am to 5pm)

My programmes are based around scientifically proven principles of training for golfers at all levels. As a registered nutritionist I also have coached 100’s of clients to better health since 2015.

I recommend people commit to 3 months upfront but if you’d prefer to go onto a rolling monthly option that’s absolutely fine.

I want clients to LOVE working with me. So if you’re not satisfied with the service you have received inside the first 14 days I will refund you your payment in full
