- STEP 3 – THE DELIVERY I will go away and create a Programme that is completely tailored to your needs which is then delivered via my app 3 days later
- STEP 4 – THE REFLECTIONS each week we reflect on your progress and discuss any adjustments so you move towards your goal at a pace that motivates you
