But does cranking out endless planks and Russian twists actually translate to longer drives and a more consistent swing?

Cable Pallof Holds – Hold 15kg for 10-20 seconds
Side Plank Hip Raises – 10 reps per side

2️⃣ Strengthen End-Range Control

Golf requires power from stretched positions. Instead of just thinking about how far you can stretch, ask yourself: Can I contract forcefully from these positions?

Rotated Cable Pallof Holds – Hold 15kg for 15-30 sec in full twist
Bent-Knee Reverse Russian Twists – 3-sec tempo, 5-10 reps/side
Landmine Rotations – 5-10 reps/side with an Olympic Bar

3️⃣ Introduce High-Velocity Strength

Swinging fast requires training at high speeds. Strength is important, but you need to express that strength explosively.
